Jack took lessons two years ago and passed first time with only 20 lessons with Jason in his Yellow manual BMW mini. Jack From Netherby road, Forest Hill se23, was 17 and still attending school at the time. Jack had a lot of exams , so found it hard to fit driving lessons in to his busy schedule. To make things easier Jason would pick him up from his school in New Cross between lessons and drop him off back at school when he had finished.
Jack was lucky and found driving very easy. He was already a talented musician. He was a drummer in his band called “omega 3”. This skill of playing the drums I believe gave him a head start when learning to drive. He had already got very good coordination with using both his feet and his hands at the same time, and was able to control his feet in a very subtle way, which is a great advantage when it comes to clutch control. I am now teaching his brother Rory, who is just as gifted.
Not every one finds driving as easy as Jack, but you might already have related skills that might give you an advantage, which might cut down on cost and time.
Jack was lucky enough to live close to “Learner Land” in Langley. So I could teach him in a very comfortable safe environment. He also had the advantage of living in South East London, which gave him all the valuable experience of the diversity of south East London roads.
